Welcome to your temporary home in Ottawa !
You will have the entire apartment to yourself. It includes 1 Room with Double bed and 1 Room with Queen bed. The apartment is available between April 4 and April 24, 2024. The price for the entire apartment is $54/night based on a monthly rent of $1,600, all inclusive of furniture, internet, hydro and water, regardless if you are 1, 2 or 3 people staying in the apartment. The price is not per room.
Next to Rideau River and Cummings Bridge, the apartment is within walking and biking distance to uOttawa, GAC, and downtown Ottawa. We are 2 blocks to a large grocery store (Loblaws), and many small restaurants on the next street from the apartment. There are 3 bus routes to take you to University of Ottawa (UO) and downtown, or in the east to Blair.
Whether you're a student or a professional, you are expected to treat this apartment as your own home, and with respect.
Everyone must do their own laundry, clean their room, take out garbage and recycling, keep the bathroom and kitchen clean after use. A required $100 fee is charged for a professional to clean the apartment when you checkout.
The fee includes: Wifi, use of laundry room, use of kitchen and utensils/plates /pots / pans etc. We provide basics such as towels, sheets, pillows, fully furnished rooms.
No meals are provided. You do your own cooking.
No Parking available. You may purchase monthly street parking permit from the City.
