Fully furnished rooms in executive home for FEMALE ONLY.
The home is in the Hunt Club area, close to amenities such as South Keys Mall, Greenboro and T&T.
The house is close to the main road, it is safe, clean and quiet neighborhood.
The rooms vary in size and as such so do their prices. The prices are all inclusive including internet, hydro, water, gas. The Parking is extra.
The share spaces such as the living room, kitchen, large balcony and the washroom are available.
Currently I have Asian female students living in the house
International Students and Young professional all welcome.
First and Last month rent will be required due upon signing.
