We are a friendly, fun, drama free, easy going couple looking to host any honest, kind, responsible, clean, drama free, drug free, individual into our home. We are interested in hosting and opening up our home to anyone not only to learn of their culture, but to also make new friend/s. Our home will be your home. Some of our interests are, dart playing, we use to run our own dart league every year, volunteering for different organizations in our City, as well as travelling, mini putt, and go carts. We are little kids in big bodies lol. If at anytime you need a drive, please ask us and we can try to accommodate you, although we are in the best location minutes from the Grocery store, Bus stops right outside our back door, across the street, all seconds away. Travelling time to universities Ottawa or Carleton, about 25/30 minutes. outdoor/indoor swimming pools, weight room, sauna, all minutes away. The larger bedroom comes with one queen sized bed, closet with hangers, 2 nightstands, lamp, large dresser, armoir, computer desk/chair, towels, facecloths, etc, will be in rooms upon moving in. The smaller room has one single bed, desk, night stand, closet/hangers.Television available on lower level, fully furnished rec room, dvd player, cd player. Washer/Dryer on lower level of home (basement) on opposite side of rec room.

ABOUT THE HOME

Upper Level: Main Bathroom, Master Bedroom, Guest Bedrooms,
Main Level: Large Kitchen, Stove, Fridge, 2 pantries, Dining room, Sunken Living Room, Half Bathroom
Patio off Living room, BBQ, Patio furniture,
Basement: Huge storage area on the other side with washer/dryer, furnace, back door to our underground garage.

There is no curfew, you come and go as you please, however there will be a $20 fee if you lose your keys. All rent fees will be the beginning of each month Canadian funds, cash only. Im sorry we do not accept personal cheques.

The option is always there for you to join us in any fun activity we may be doing, if you prefer to be home just relaxing, you most certainly will have full privacy.

The rules will be as follows:

- Absolutely no illegal drugs of any kind
- Must keep a clean and tidy bedroom
- Laundry is to be done after 7pm on weekdays, anytime on weekends, (we supply all detergents and toiletries)
- Must be able to pay the rent on time each and every month as stated
- If at any time you are not happy with anything, please come to us so we can rectify the problem, we always want you to be happy
- Must be a dog lover, we have a 4yr old Yorkie.
- Please give us enough notice if you will not be home for lunch/dinner, if no meals are requested you will be responsible for your own food and cooking. Pots/Pans
whatever you need will be available for you to use. We just ask that if you do eat in your room, please be respectful and bring all dirty plates to the kitchen.
- Please give us enough notice if you are bringing home a guest
- Smoking is permitted outside only we smoke outside.
- Must have at least 1 months notice before moving out
- Most importantly, you respect us, we respect you!

If these rules are met by only serious candidates, We welcome you with open arms. :)
