My name is Gloria and I am looking for an individual to occupy a fully furnished apartment separate from the owner with bathroom, (shower, toilet, sink). There are 2 bedrooms and living and dining area with a full kitchen with (fridge stove, sink, and table and chairs) and is equipped with dishes and cutlery pots and pans, toaster microwave etc. Parking is provided in included in rental cost.
I reside in another level of the house..
I am within walking distance (5 minutes ) to all buses leaving Place d'Orleans Shopping Mall to downtown Ottawa (within 20 minutes).
Rules of the house will be discussed at the interview.as well as use of all appliances.
