Hi! My name is Nina,
My 12 year old daughter and I, live in a multi- level condo townhome in Barrhaven.
I enjoy cooking, watching movies and staying home. Our home stay is quiet.
One minute walk to the bus stop. 10 minute drive to Fallowfield field bus station. 5 minute walk to Walter Baker Arena where you can enjoy swimming, skating and gym facility (at your own expense) and a park across the street. 3 minute walk to the public library. 10 minute walk to the grocery store Food Basics, Rexall pharmacy, Medical Clinic and restaurants.
House rules: keep the place clean and weekly chores. Clean after yourself when using the kitchen and bathroom as it is shared. I will provide the cleaning supplies and for laundry as well. You have access to both bathrooms one half bathroom on the main level and a full bathroom with shower on the upper level. You have access to the kitchen and the outdoor back patio.
In the basement bedroom you will have access to a TV, study area and dining table. You are more than welcome to eat with us and hang out. You are not limited to your room. You have your own fridge/freezer for your food. A couple of shelves for storage. Closet and cabinet area for your clothes.
NOTE* I host only Females* in our home.
