I am a single middle aged woman living in a beautiful modern three bedroom, two bath condo in a quite building.
The condo is:
-15 minutes away from down town. Bus stop is only 2 minutes away and Very close to many nature parks with walking and biking trails. Also close to train and bus station.
-The condo is on the ground level with a small cozy backyard.
-Very close to restaurants and grocery stores.
-7 km away from Carleton university,14 km away from University of Ottawa and 12 km away from Algonquin College.
-Smoke- free condo and absolutely no cannabis is allowed on premises.
-Although meals are not included but I love to offer random dinner.
-I have rented my room many times to students who stayed with me for long or short term. I am still in contact with them and we got along very well.
-I travelled a lot, I lived in Italy for 9 years and visited most of Europe And United States.
I have a small dog her name is Chica she is only 8 ponds and very friendly.
