Hello this is Victoria,
I would like to host a student ( s ) male,preferable, I'm a mother of two, that already have their own place, so practically, I have a empty nest.
My house is located in the South part of the City of Ottawa, all the amenities are within walking distance, there are two bedrooms for rent,
There is access to kitchen, laundry room, wifi unlimited, and all utilities are available.
I've been hosting students for many years, in my humble opinion there is a lot to learn from people of different edges., and different Countrys
My place is within reasonable distance from; Algonquin College 25 mins, and from Ottawa University is 20 min.
This location is in a quiet , clean , safe and family oriented area, about 5 min by bus to South Keys mall
This home-stay, has no children, nor pets, and no smoking, minimum time to stay is 3 months, and one month to give notice for moving out. no meals provided
The primary language spoken is Spanish, and English.
